  3. Henkle is good as is Chicago Cutlery, but I've found that the best brand is Cutco. The only thing is, they don't sell in stores. You'll have to go to their website or call them up. Their knifes and tools come with a "forever guarantee", which is better than lifetime because they will guarantee them for as long as you keep them. In other words, you could pass them down generations and still be getting them sharpened when needed and replaced as needed by the company! And did I tell you their kitchen scissors can cut through a penny :) ? I could go on for hours about them.. lol
  4. henkle. It will cost you a bit at first, but you'll be buying the best and it will last forever if you take care of it.
