Are there any culinary schools in Europe offering natural chef/ nutritional chef/ vegetarian cuisine training?

my internet search has turned up the natural gourmet school, NY and bauman college, are there any similar programs anywhere in Europe? also interested in whole foods/ mediterranean cuisine

1. Do some research on Glion Institute of Higher Education. Its an amazing culinary school in Switzerland.
2. I want to be a natural chef too! I couldn't find a culinary program at Glion, but I did find this school in Boulder today: http://www.naturalcookery.com/index.html. I've been looking into this for months, and I haven't found anything beyond Bauman and the Natural Gourmet Institute. Let me know if you find anything in Europe!
3. The best education is in a natural foods restaurant. They can be hard to find, but once you locate them hound them until they hire you. Schools will make you handle everything.
