6. One rewrite your resume state job experience what you did embellish it and DO NOT STATE WHAT YO MADE, nor state what you are looking for. Ad FSA wht did you actually do? As kitchen manager what where your actual duties? Send this resume in and no one, and I mean no one will give it a first, much less a second look. Tells nothing of your experience or skills. Drop the felony conviction question also, not needed. For school state what degree attained AA, BA or certificate.Skip the entire last paragraph all unessential and not needed.No offense but this is most likely one of the top 10 worst resumes that I have ever viewed, and states nothing about who you are, what your experience is, or what you are capable of. That is what is holding you back, and preventing you from getting a job.
