I have questions on Culinary Arts Schools?

I'm going into my Junior year of high School, and I'm very interested in going into a Culinary Arts school when I go to college. If any of you know what a culinary school is like the classes needed, the best colleges for it, and anything elseplease tell me, Thank you Jess.
