1. Well, for me, the best place to go for a degree would be Enderun, which is located in Ortigas Center, and in 2008, in Fort Bonifacio in the McKinley Hill area. This is because they have a partnership with Les Roches, a swiss hspitalit school. But, there's also CSB who also offer degrees in culinary arts. But if it's more on certificates or diplomas, you have a lot of choices. There's CCA(center for culinary arts) which is located in Katipunan Avenue, in front of Ateneo. There's also Sylvia Reynoso baking classes and Heny Sison's baking classes. Also, there's MIHCA located in taft Avenue.
