Where are some good culinary schools in the Philippines for foreigners to learn how to cook pinoy foods?
I am from the USA but would like to learn how to cook filipino foods on my next trip there. I would preferably like to stay in the makati area but may go other places that are not too far from the beaten path of tourists. Thank you.

- Live with a Filipino family. They will be more than happy to teach you the basics of authentic Filipino cooking... or better yet, apply for an apprenticeship program with the notable restaurants (Aristocrat, Alex III, Barrio Fiesta, Cabalen, Grilla, Congo Grill) serving FIlipino food. Every region in the country has its own distinct flavour. You will have to travel around the country to taste it. Enjoy!
- Look at this website. Their curriculum indicates Filipino Cuisine is taught there. http://www.cca-manila.com/fcac.htm
- You can also learn to cook on line with Nora Daza, the grand dame of Filipino culinary arts.
