Which are the best culinary schools/universities?

I want to study culinary arts and I do not know where should I' ll be best educated. I am searching for the best one in whole world. I know some like "Cordon Bleu" and "Lenotre" in France, but I want some advice from you, if you know of course. Thanks.

1. The Culinary Institute of America (known as the CIA) in either St. Helena, CA or Hyde Park, NY. Also, Johnson & Wales in New England. Those are the top ones in the US.

Johnson & Wales (J&W) in New England is ranked # 1 and has been for many years but its hard out of 150 ppl that started the year i did 49 of us left on time and 89 ppl quit its not cheap either 87,000 for 2 yrs cullinary and 1 year pastrey if you want to stay in the U.S the C.I.A is # 8 and the J&W id # 9 in the world and cost about 40-45k
