Are there any culinary schools in Philadelphia that have restaurants, so you can have fancy food on the cheap?

Just like you can get a cheap haircut at a beauty school, some culinary academies have restaurants where you can enjoy rich people food at normal people prices.

3. Yes, the Restaurant School in West Philly. But September is restaurant week in Philly and there's literrally hundreds of restaurants participating where you can get a 3, 4 or sometimes 5 course meal for $30! check it out... http://www.centercityphila.org/restaurantweek/restaurants.aspx
4. Yes...there's one near 23rd & Chestnut I think, and I know that Drexel's culinary arts program opens it's doors as well. They were just remodeled with the old interior from Le Bec Fin as a matter of fact.
