Does anyone know of a really good culinary school in the south instad of going to a jrcollege?

My fiancee wants to become a chef, and we live in W Kentucky. The closest thing is the KCTCS in Paducah, KY has a AAS in Culinary Arts. He really wants to attend a "cooking school", not just a community college.

2. YES. Check out Mississippi University for Women. It was the first female public university in the US and has been accepting men since 1982.
