Culinary school or International Buisness in Rome?

Which should I pursue first? I want to study abroad in Italy, but I also want to go to culinary school. So Culinary Institute of America or American University of Rome first?

1. You should look into culinary programs in Rome. I studied abroad and recommend it to everyone! Do not miss the chance to do it... If there is not a culinary program then go ahead with the international business...
2. I'm currently pursueing culinary and i have a few friends that are going to CIA in NY. I live in Philly and have friends who go to the Resteraunt School on Walnut St., which is a really nice school. But i'd go with whatever you feel that you would like to pursue and go towards.
