where can i find a Culinary externship in New Zealand?

Culinary Student looking for information, I would like to be able to have room and board included. I have a 3 months extership to complete starting in jan, 09' any help or information would be great.

2. have never heard of this here actually. go to google.co.nz and look up the culinary/cooking schools and contact them for advice. or look up all our top restaurants and contact them.
