Where can I find a culinary school that teachs how to cook asian food?

BESIDES IN ASIA. I'm meaning in the United States. All my searches only come up with Le Cordon Bleu Pastry Programs, etc. Is there an asian culinary school that only specialize in teaching how to cook good asian food? at the same time teaching you all the essentials you'll need to run a restuarant, etc? Any advice would be helpful! Thanks!

1. Well im not sure any school specializes in just asian food. But you could go to regular culinary school. They have many different skills youll need. BAsic skills. And than you can go to asia as a program of some sort and learn about their cuisine.
