Does GRCC in michigan have one of the best culinary arts programs in the country?

I am doing an essay and i need to know how good grcc's culinry arts program is, because i heard that they have one of the best in the country. I also need to know what other schools would be good for culinary arts.

Try Pennsylvania Culinary Institute Le Cordon Bleu some of the best in the WORLD. They have schools all over the US and abroad.
