  1. I prefer Italian.
  2. depends on your taste, i think both are good.
  3. i would say italian.
  4. I prefer the Italian food. I have traveled to both France and Italy and tasted food from various regions of those two countries. I always have to pick the Italian food. I actually dislike the French food. They may have a nice artistic presentation with many of the dishes, but they are missing taste (just my opinion) and I don't like the sauces. Give me a great Italian dish any day!
  5. I like Italian. I've been to France I didnt find the food all that great. Buttt... I'm an american and we eat deep fried twinkies. ewwww.
  6. I would have to say Italian. There is an old saying about countries that can cook, govern, and something else. The countries included was Italy, France, and the U.S., but I forget how it went.
  7. i'm going to go with the french. the basis for many of the sauces that people use are from french mother sauces.
  8. That's kind of like asking who was purer Pope John Paul or mother Teresa
  9. Italian cuisine is better. That's not surprising given that it was the Italians who taught the French how to cook. French cuisine developed from the time that Marie de Medici married the French king and brought along a staff of chefs to cook for her. Her chef's introduced things like bay leaves which were, until then, unknown in France. And it was an Italian, Francesco Procopio Dei Coltelli who open the first cafe in Paris in 1689.
  10. The French... hands down!!!!!
  11. Culinary skills: French. Desserts: French More comfort food-like: Italian One over the other: Neither. French-technique is by far more superior, but that doesn't make frog-legs not frog-legs. Nor escargot snails.
