In the Culinary business when and how do you use a computer? I have to do this project that answers this question. Please help!

1. first of all, computers in the culinary bus. play an important role. they help you with ordering, billing, reports, on hand supplies, what is selling, what is sitting, store receipes. It also helps you with payroll.
2. good cooking programs for a computer can help with scaling recipes, determining nutritional content, par levels, usage, portion control, tons of things beyond the realm of the business aspect which is also helped by computer use.
3. the uses of technology in the culinary arts workplace?
