What are some ways a dietitian be used at a culinary arts college?

I am trying to get a job in a culinary school and want to show how a dietitian can be useful.

  1. A dietitian would be a great addition to a culinary arts school because nowadays, the world is consuming more and more food and ways of curbing unhealthy consumption is needed. With a dietition, a culinary college could offer courses specifically designed to teach students about healthy cooking and healthier ingredients in comparison to unhealthy ones. There is a huge demand for healthier eating/living and that would benefit restaurants to have students who learn to cook/prepare healthy.
