  2. Never thought I'd see that sentence. (Couldn't resist). AmoreCookingCenter.com has some stuff. For a full-blown culinary school, you'll need to be in a bigger city. The closest dedicated culinary school I see is in Dallas.
  3. Thinking [and typing] out loud here: Why are you restricting yourself to MO? I NEVER gave it a 2nd thought about staying in my home state. In fact, I never even tried staying in PA. After high school I took a post-graduate course at a vo-tech in Philadelphia. Then I was accepted at the Culinary Institute of America in New Haven, CT. It was a wonderful experience! I went to school Monday through Friday. My last class was at 2 PM on Friday. Due to the traffic through the Bronx, I was home by 6 - 7 PM most Friday evenings. I went out with my sweetheart. Saturday and Sunday I went to work earning extra money and I was back in New Haven by 10 - 11 PM Sunday evening. Due to the fact I wanted to be a chef, it wasn't a diff cult routine at all. Thanks for asking your Q! I enjoyed answering it! VTY, Ron Berue Yes, that is my real last name!
