What is the Best Culinary School in America? Also what is the average tuition for culinary schools?

I want to be a chef and want to know what some of the best culinary schools are. I've looked at the French Culinary Institute and I like it alot. Is this a good choice? I also wanted to know what the average tuition cost for culinary schools are.
