University with culinary arts/business...?

SO, I'm a Freshman right now and ever since I was little I've wanted to go into the culinary arts field, and I really want to open up a coffee shop/bakery but i want to go to college first. i want to double major in culinary arts and photography, or double minor in photography and business. The location of the university is REALLY important to me. I want to go to a university that is in a small town that is really close to a city. I live in Pennsylvania right now, and I'm thinking I want to go someplace without cold winters. SO, where would you guys recommend? and also, what kinds of things do the colleges look for if one is planning on going for culinary arts? Thanks!

  1. Linn-Benton Community College in Albany Oregon has an excellent 2-year Culinary Arts program. After 2 years, many student transfer to Oregon State University, less than 10 miles away in Corvallis, and complete a BS in Hotel/Restaurant Management. Look into it, you'll be glad you did!
