Culinary Arts school?

I'm planning on attending culinary arts school, but I want to know if in order to go there, would I have to take math, and history? Some schools are like this...is it like this for culinary school? It's cooking school, so I didn't think so. I would be going to the traditional culinary arts school, located in upstate NY. Also, would I have to have a launguage credit to go there? And, if I do, but don't have one...I know I would have to take it there. What launguages do they offer? Thanks.
