Good culinary schools?

I am looking for a good culinary school to learn how to become a professional cook. Any ideas?

1. My sister attended Johnson and Wales University in Rhode Island, I think that they have more than one campus location. Also, I always see television ads for the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute. My sister enjoyed the school and the few times that I have visited it looked like they were about business. They had strick guideliness about their uniforms, which were worn daily. They were also provided with knife kits at the time. She had to do cooking demonstrations in class. It seemed pretty cool. There was actually a show on a few years ago that featured the school and some of it's students called Cooking School stories on the Foodnetwork channel. She graduated back in 2003. So, some things might have changed. Look it up and see what you can find out about it.
