What are some good culinary art schools in big cities?

I am graduating in like 2 years and i want to go to a culinary art school in the following cities : Chicago, ny ny, LA, Portland, Miami, or Paris. Other big cities are fine but i need some good culinary schools...HELP!?!?!?
