johnson and wales university and other culinary schools...?

does anyone know of schools that have culinary arts as well as other majors? i've found johnson and wales university, southern new hampshire, and u of new hamp... im mostly interested in culinary arts but there are very few colleges that offer majors other than culinary. if i change my mind i don't want to be stuck at a school that only has culinary.. also if anyone goes to johnson and wales in providence, do you like it? whats the night life/residential life like? is there a study abroad program?
