Schools with culinary programs?

I know there are culinary schools out there (Le Cordon Bleu, etc.) but I'm really interested in a regular college/university that has a culinary PROGRAM. Is there such a thing? I've searched around online, but all I've found are technical schools with "culinary" programs... (Not what I'm looking for).

1. Try Newbury College in Massachusetts.They are based in culinary but have other majors also.
2. During my search for online school, I came across many culinary schools around the states. Here is a link for you http://www.mission2educate.org They have multiple online school research tools that helps you to find the right school. But click on the one says "College and University" I think they are probably the best one tool to search.
