Culinary Schools..?

Does the School you o to really matter on what you get payed? Do you have to go to a 45 grand CDB school? How important is it?

1. Yes, I think it really helps when you apply for jobs in the long run. Unless you are planning on going out on your own in a restaurant/as a caterer. My cousin graduated from Johnson and Wales and it openend a lot of doors for him.
