culinary schools?

I'm going to a community college after HS but then im planning on going to a culinary arts school. Should i go to a newer (and i think cheaper) school or an older one that costs alot. Im talking about SDCI (san diego culinary institute) and SDAI (san diego art institute).

1. go with the cheaper one because cooking is cooking if you are good it wont matter where you went and the same thing if you are not any good
