Culinary Schools?

I want to know the names of some of the most prestigious culinary schools in the world because I wish to apply. If possible post link but not links to some webstie with alot of cooking schools on it

1. Check out the New England Culinary Institute. We stopped in Montpelier, Vermont's capitol, during a vacation some years ago and ate at the school's restaurant for lunch. It was exquisite. A friend's daughter had planned to attend but switched majors at the last minute, so can't vouch for it but the countryside was gorgeous and the food delicious, the restaurant staff very professional.
