What is the best school in Chicago for culinary management.? I'm looking for culinary MANAGEMENT, not simply culinary arts. I'm looking for the trade school or university that will give me the best credentials, and thus the best job potentials to become a restaurant manager when completed. Are trade schools better or university-type schools? I'm currently finding that, although I have management experience AND restaurant experience, I do not have management experience IN restaurants. Will a degree make a difference??
