culinary tourism is well known in Malaysia, wide food selection but how hygienic is the public eateries? what are the government's effort to control and eradicate small and medium food outlet's poor practices when it comes to food clealiness? what are the areas of concern when it comes to safe food consumption?

Culinary arts, hospitality and management of restaurants, or hospitality and tourism management ? Im interested in these three career, but I don't know wich one is better paid or has more oportunities.
